The Internet entered in our lives in 20th century and I think its centuries most important and great innovation, but it has own advantages and disadvantages too.

People are surfing the net for many reasons, but the popular reason is the entertainment, they are downloading music, films, looking at news, people are playing online or downloading games and visiting chatting rooms.

One of internets advantage is that you can communicate free and without limit, you can get in touch with a person in a few seconds even if he is in the other part of the world.

E-commerce is very important thing, with it you can save your time, for example: you don't need queuing for hours to get ticket on your favorite film, or going to the shop because you can buy online anything you need.

The biggest advantage of net is information; the internet is the virtual depot of information about everything, so you can get there any kind of information you want.

But foresaid "advantages" may be transformed in disadvantages, for example - when people are starting surfing or playing the games, they can't stop, they are spending many time in internet and they are being addicted to computer, they don't care about their friends and families, the computer becomes the significant other for them and living in their virtual world they are losing the sense of reality.

The unlimited surfing in net and aggressive games causes health and psychological problems; it can cause the destruction too.

The second disadvantage of internet is the easily available "bad" information for adolescents, as the pornography, there are thousands of pornographic sites that can be easily found by children and I think it must be sternly banned.

I think that advantages of internet out weights it's disadvantages and on the whole - the advantageous and disadvantageous of internet depends on a person who uses it.
